Child Safety Standards

Last updated: October 29, 2026

1. Zero tolerance

PITCH prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualization of minors, sextortion, and any content or behavior that endangers children.

Such content is removed and the account responsible is permanently terminated.

2. Minimum age

You must be at least 13 years old to use PITCH. We ask for your date of birth when you sign up, and we don't create accounts for anyone younger than 13.

3. Protections for minors

  • Nobody can start a conversation with a minor, or with a member whose age we don't know, unless that member follows them first.
  • A minor's city and region are hidden from anyone who doesn't follow them. Only their country is shown.
  • People who are not signed in only see a limited view of a minor's profile (name, photo, username, sport and profile type).

4. Reporting and blocking

  • Report a profile: open the profile and tap the flag (Report) button at the top.
  • Report a post: open the post's "..." menu and choose Report.
  • Block a member: open their profile and tap Block.

We review reports and remove content or accounts that violate these standards.

5. Contact us about child safety

To report a child safety concern, email hello@pitchsport.app. This inbox is monitored for child safety reports. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police first.

6. Legal compliance

We comply with applicable child safety laws. We report confirmed CSAM to the relevant authorities, such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or local law enforcement, as required by law.
